About Us
Your “Audio Yodas.”
Twin Flames Studios is a full-service, award-winning leader in voice-powered publishing. We create world-class audiobooks that turn voices into inspiration — and when we say we're “all ears,” we mean it more than most.
Championing our clients and cultivating collaborative solutions for our partners, we strategically harness the power of the human voice to create content that is intimate, resonant, and keeps readers and listeners coming back for more.
Our Mission
Creating thought leaders worth listening to isn't just about our clients — it's about all of us. To be a successful team and a company making a positive impact, we all need to be seen, heard, and valued. We're a community, a crew, a family. Twin Flames Studios is a women-owned and queer-owned company: we ask about and respect pronouns, we work on our internalized assumptions, and we rise to do better, every day.
Where Our Voice and Vision Began
Our founder, Tina Dietz, grew up above a fireplace shop — her parents owned a wood-burning stove and fireplace business in western New York, and the family lived in the apartment above the store. Business was baked into her bones early; so was a love of books, storytelling, and sound. She was answering phones by four, tagging along to trade shows by six, and — when she wasn't pretending to be a grown-up in the shop — stretched out on the floor with a tape recorder, making fake radio shows and recording dramatic readings of anything she could get her hands on.
When the Right Voice Found Her
Fast-forward to 2012. Tina was a business coach and strategist, producing educational videos on the side — directing, formatting, even doing the voiceovers. A veteran voice actor turned agent heard her narration and said, point blank: “I want to train you. I think you have something.” Suddenly she was in three-hour voice-acting classes every week. Then a masterclass in audiobook narration changed everything.
The Idea That Wouldn't Let Go
She kept thinking: Why aren't more of my clients doing this? Everyone she knew in coaching and consulting was writing books to build credibility — but self-published and hybrid authors had no roadmap, no support, no clue how to even start with audio. Within a year of testing the idea, audiobook production was 75% of her business. Not because she forced it — because the energy was there, the conversations were easier, and the work lit her up. That's when Twin Flames Studios was born.
What We Actually Do
Yes, we produce phenomenal audiobooks. But what we really do is help leaders step into the full resonance of their voice. We handle casting, directing, editing, and distribution with the polish you'd expect from a team that's worked on 500+ projects and counting. We're your creative partner — a production house built on psychological safety, and a strategy studio with storytelling at its core.
Why It Matters
We live in a world drowning in content — yet a powerful voice still cuts through the noise. There's something primal about hearing someone speak their truth: it creates intimacy, trust, and a neurological connection that wires your message into someone's brain. That's why we care so much about quality — not just the technical specs, but the experience of listening. And if we do our job right, your listeners won't just remember your book. They'll remember you.
Let's give your message a voice.
